For this 2009 vintage, Domaine Servin launched the harvest on September 20th.
The wines produced that year all have the common point of requiring a light aeration before showing their full potential.

Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Domaine Servin 2009 is made from a 100% Chardonnay blend aged in steel vats before bottling.
He is dressed in a superb very clear robe and shows a freshness as great as his vivacity.
On the nose, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Domaine Servin 2009 reveals subtle and complex aromas of yellow and white fruits, dominated by peach and coated in floral and vegetal notes.
