Like most of the wines of Moët & Chandon House, the Millésime Blanc is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier as well as Chardonnay.

The 1999 Millésime Blanc is dressed in a magnificent deep and intense deep dark yellow colour with a few fine sparse bubbles.
Champagne Moët & Chandon Millésime Blanc 1999 offers a mature and gourmet bouquet, releasing aromas of yeast, butter biscuit and hazelnut.
In the mouth, the acidity is balanced and the effervescence begins to fade. Aromas of yellow fruit quickly cover the palate, accompanied by notes of toasted bread, butter, honey, hazelnut and white flowers.
Incredibly open and ripe, the Millésime Blanc 1999 strikes the palate with such force that it is easy to confuse its maturity with sweetness, but then, in the Moët & Chandon style, it tightens immensely and softens with a great breed and a refreshing dryness.
