Produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon rosé 1988 presents a superb intense pink colour, still crossed by lively bubbles forming a beautiful unctuous and creamy coat in the glass.
On the nose, Dom Pérignon rosé 1988 reveals refined and ripe fruit aromas as well as vinous notes.
In the mouth, the 1988 Champagne Moët & Chandon Dom Pérignon rosé is very well balanced. The aromas of ripe and mature fruits (red fruits and apricots) are combined with a fresh and energetic acidity as well as a beautiful minerality of crushed stones.
