The Cuvée Grand Siècle of Laurent Perrier represents the quintessence of the art of blending, in all its forms:
First of all, there is the blending of the crus, with a mixture coming from the best parcels of the House (Ambonnay, Avize, Mailly, or Verzenay).
Then comes the blending of grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (55% and 45% respectively). And finally, there is the blending of vintages. Three different vintages are added each year in the Cuvée Grand Siècle.

The Champagne Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle presents a beautiful golden colour with sparkling reflections.
On the nose, the Cuvée Grand Siècle exhales elegant aromas of honey, dried fruit (almonds or hazelnuts) and gourmand notes of brioche.
On the palate, we find a round champagne with great freshness and already showing signs of ripening due to its ageing in the cellar for five years.
The Cuvée Grand Siècle de Laurent Perrier is a wine of great complexity, with aromas of citrus fruit and white fruits. The brioche notes sublimate the freshness of the nose, bringing a touch of elegance to the palate.
