Côte Rôtie Domaine Jasmin 2012 is one of the best wines of the Côtes du Rhône and is made from a 100% Syrah blend.
It has a superb medium intense ruby colour with a hint of garnet on the edge of the glass.
On the nose, Patrick Jasmin's 2012 Côte Rôtie reveals a fruity and floral bouquet, distilling aromas of plums, blueberries, red fruits and dried fruits accompanied by floral notes and a spicy touch.
On the palate, Côte Rôtie Domaine Jasmin 2012 offers a medium-bodied palate, with powerful tannins and well-balanced acidity. The fruity aromas are well defined and quickly line the tongue and cheeks, giving way to a floral and spicy finish, full of elegance and lasting long seconds.
