Since 1973, Château Mouton Rothschild has been awarded the rank of Premier Cru Classé.

Château Mouton Rothschild 2004 is composed of a blend of 4 grape varieties (69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot) cultivated on 84 hectares of vines of the property, in the heart of the AOC Pauillac.

He is dressed in a dark and intense burgundy robe, with a great depth.

The nose reveals a subtle and complex bouquet of fruits, notably black cherries, quince paste, covered with a masculine licorice note and a delicate grilled touch, revealing a perfectly integrated woody note.

After a beautiful attack, ample and full, the Château Mouton Rothschild spreads out in the mouth, exposing very fine and precise tannins that elevate the aromas of fruits already present in the nose. A perfectly balanced aromatic structure must be added with roasted mocha notes. It is an ecstasy in the mouth that spreads out to an amazingly long finish, both fresh and very elegant.
