The wines of the Marc Colin Estate, by their immense gustative qualities, are awaited each year by the connoisseurs of Great Burgundy wines.

The 2011 Chassagne Montrachet les Encégnières of the Marc Colin & Fils Estate is made from a 100% Chardonnay blend and is adorned with a beautiful light yellow colour with green tints.
It reveals a mineral bouquet, full of fruity scents, lemon, pear and white peach, as well as herbaceous notes and a touch of crushed stones.
On the palate, Chassagne Montrachet les Encégnières Domaine Marc Colin & Fils 2011 is medium-bodied and offers good concentration. Elegant and balanced, it covers the mouth with aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits with peaches, pears, pressed lemon, and grapefruit but also subtle and greedy brioche notes as well as touches of new oak.

Still a little young, the Chassagne Montrachet les Encégnières Domaine Marc Colin & Fils 2011 nevertheless shows a superb aromatic range, elegant and distinguished.
