Made from a 100% Chardonnay blend harvested between Cramant (Grand Cru) and Bergère-les-Vertus (Premier Cru), Champagne Bonnaire "Ver Sacrum" Blanc de Blancs is aged under cork for a minimum of 6 years.
This traditional aging method on lees offers an exceptional maturation of the wine, giving it a great richness and a purity without equal.

It is by paying attention to details that Maison Bonnaire was able to give birth to this esthetic cuvée!
Like a nod to the Viennese artistic movement of the early 19th century, the Ver Sacrum (Sacred Spring) imposes renewal without ignoring the heritage of its past.

With its very light dosage of only 6g/l, Champagne Bonnaire "Ver Sacrum" Blanc de Blancs distills an uncommon purity, while releasing an unequalled power and fullness.
This cuvée "Ver Sacrum" is indeed a vintage to keep!

Serve preferably between 8 and 10°C.
