Made up of a blend of 3 Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir (35%), Chardonnay (45%) and Pinot Meunier (20%), Champagne Thiénot brut is the perfect signature of the Thiénot style: finesse, freshness and fruit.

Consisting of 45% reserve wines to enhance the style of the House, Champagne Thiénot brut also benefits from four years of ageing in the cellars of the establishment.

Dressed in a pretty golden yellow colour, enhanced by a sublime cord of lively and delicate bubbles, the Champagne Thiéniot brut presents a powerful nose with spring notes of cooked apples and quince.
Round, greedy, balanced and with great finesse, Champagne Thiénot brut reveals fruity aromas in accordance with its nose accompanied by floral touches. It also shows a very long finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, Champagne Thiénot brut will also be perfect with cold seafood such as salmon tartare, oysters or shellfish.
