Nicolas Maillart's Platine Extra Brut cuvée is built around a blend dominated by Pinot Noir (55%) and complemented by Chardonnay (45%) exclusively from Premier Cru vines in the Montagne de Reims. This non-vintage cuvée contains 30 to 40% reserve wines aged in barrels, giving it a remarkable regularity.

In the glass, the Champagne Nicolas Maillart Platine Extra Brut 1er Cru Non Vintage has a magnificent golden colour with a fine and persistent effervescence.
On the first nose, scents of green apples emerge from the glass. After a few seconds of aeration, its bouquet evolves and becomes more complex, releasing fragrances of ripe fruit as well as toasted notes.
