Nicolas Maillart's cuvée Jolivettes 2015 is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes harvested on the small plot of Jolivettes (0.6 ha with 30-year-old vines) in the village of Bouzy. This parcel benefits from a terroir composed of Campanien chalk soil and is worked in accordance with the principles of biodynamics, respecting the biodiversity and the rhythm of the plant.

Champagne Nicolas Maillart Jolivettes 2015 was vinified in oak barrels followed by an eight-month ageing on lees before being aged for 4 years in bottles in the House's cellars.

Champagne Nicolas Maillard Joilivettes Grand Cru 2015 has a magnificent golden colour with sparkling reflections and a fine, soft and persistent effervescence.
On the nose and in the mouth, it offers incredible richness, unparalleled freshness and a balance close to perfection. The aromas of yellow and white fruits mingle with mineral notes to form one of the most beautiful champagnes of the vintage.
