Fresh and fruity, the Grand Vintage 2012 from Moët & Chandon perfectly reflects its vintage, characterized by an incredible late summer that allowed a perfect-ripened vintage.

Composed of a blend dominated by Chardonnay (41%), completed by Pinot Noir (33%), Pinot Meunier (26%), this cuvée Grand Vintage 2012 offers a balance worthy of great vintages such as 2002, 1989 or even 1966.

In the glass, the Champagne Moët & Chandon "Grand Vintage" Brut 2012 shows a superb pale and golden colour with green reflections crossed by a string of fine and persistent bubbles.
On the first nose, it opens with a bouquet of ripe, crisp white fruit accompanied by subtle notes of small white flowers, then gains in complexity with aeration, revealing warm pastry, baked bread and dried fruit such as nuts and hazelnuts.

Once in the mouth, the Champagne Moët & Chandon "Grand Vintage" Brut 2012 offers a supple attack with a velvety texture enhanced by a caressing effervescence. In the middle palate, the white fruits gain in strength, bringing a touch of tension and acidity perfectly balanced to the mixture. The finish, on the other hand, gives birth to delicate citrus notes tinged with an exquisite iodine touch.
