With its blend of 70% Sauvignon and 30% Sémillon, the G de Château Guiraud offers itself a very successful 2015 vintage!

Produced from vines about fifteen years old on average, planted on a plot of about 15 hectares, the grapes used in the composition of the 2015 G de Château Guiraud are picked manually and carefully sorted to remove all the berries too green or too ripe.
After pressing, of which only the first pressed is preserved, the juice obtained undergoes settling at low temperature (about 10°C).
2015 G de Guiraud then ferments in oak barrels for 15 days before resting for 9 months. It ferments only in barrels that have already contained its big brother Château Guiraud (the first wine of the estate).

The 2015 vintage of the G de Château Guiraud releases a solid bouquet of white fruits, especially nectarines. In the mouth, it is a fresh and "crispy" wine with very marked citrus aromas, as well as more subtle notes of dried pineapple and green apples on an energetic finish.

A little more time in the cellar, and this 2015 G de Château Guiraud will be incredible!
