Cuvées n°7XX are intended to represent the inimitable style of the Jacquesson House. Produced each year, these cuvées are the result of a blend of one vintage and reserve wines, thus giving birth to a unique cuvée, retranscribing its year, while remaining in line with the continuity of the Jacquesson identity.

Jacquesson Champagne "Cuvée n°738" Dégorgement tardif is produced around the 2010 vintage. This special cuvée was disgorged in June 2019 with an extra brut dosage of 0.75g/l.

In the glass, the Jacquesson Champagne "Cuvée n°738" Extra Brut Non Millésimé Dégorgement tardif has a superb golden colour with a string of fine, lively and delicate bubbles, forming a beautiful mantle of foam.
On the nose, it distils a bouquet as rich as it is elegant, tinged with ripe and crisp white fruits, various citrus fruits, white flowers and notes of freshly baked bread.
On the palate, Champagne Jacquesson 738 Dégorgement tardif opens with a medium-bodied attack to reveal a delicate and well-balanced mid-palate. White fruit and citrus fruit aromas develop, supported by gentle effervescence and lively acidity, to end on a charming and subtly mineral finish.

Champagne Jacquesson 738 Dégorgement tardif is already ready for tasting but will remain at its peak of maturity for at least a decade.
