In the renowned terroir of the Coteau d'Oger (Grand Cru) there is the "Belles Voyes" parcel. This parcel, historic for the Franck Bonville Estate, well deserved a cuvée in its name.

And Champagne Franck Bonville "Les Belles Voyes" was born!
The grapes rigorously selected for this exceptional cuvée are always very ripe, isolated and pressed separately. The juice is then put into barrels, and in time, only about fifteen of these will be selected to enter the composition of the Cuvée "Les Belles Voyes". Aged on lees to complete the vinification, this cuvée is finely dosed at 2.5g/l.

Exceptionally rich in aroma, Champagne Franck Bonville "Les Belles Voyes" blends notes of exotic flowers with greedy aromas of butter, honey and vanilla.
Its long and persistent finish is mineral and fresh.

To enjoy with friends as an aperitif, or on a seafood platter, a smoked fish, or a white meat dish.
