With the 2007 vintage, the work of the cellar master was easy. It was a very balanced vintage, with complex aromas that become even more complex with age.
Fleshy and generous, Champagne Comtes de Dampierre "Grand Vintage" Brut Grand Cru 2007 distills notes of white fruit and sweetly toasted honey.
In the mouth, the fruity aromas are even more assertive, and gain in richness.

Composed mainly of Pinot Noir (75% of the blend) from the villages of Ambonnay and Bouzy, the Grand Vintage could easily be considered a Blanc de Noirs.
The addition of 25% Chardonnay to the blend enhances its finish by giving it a great fruity freshness.

The Grand Vintage wine will perfectly accompany a dish of game with red fruits but also a noble sea fish.
