The property's only white wine, Châteauneuf du Pape Domaine Saint-Préfert 2018 white is produced from a blend dominated by Clairette (80%) and Roussanne (20%) aged in oak barrels.

Dressed in a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights, Châteauneuf du Pape 2018 white from Domaine Saint-Préfert releases a charming bouquet of white and yellow fruits (peaches, apricots, juicy pears) wrapped in acacia plant scents and spring flowers.
On the palate, Châteauneuf du Pape Domaine Saint-Préfert 2018 white offers a rich, ample and balanced palate. Its creamy and rich texture highlights the aromas of ripe fruit already present on the nose and the tertiary notes of pineapple, brioche and honey that develop in the middle taste.
The finish has a nice length and reveals subtle citrus notes.
