Château Haut Brion 2013 is a First Growth from Graves produced around a blend of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) in the heart of the Pessac Léognan appellation.

In the glass, it shows a beautiful deep ruby color pulling towards purple and distills an opulent nose of black fruits dominated by blackcurrant and blueberry, coated in notes of earth, charcoal and asiatic spices.
Once on the palate, Château Haut Brion 2013 offers a medium-bodied palate with soft, silky tannins and subtly measured acidity. The aromas of red and black fruits benefit from an impressive concentration and grow in the mouth until revealing a tasty finish with remarkable length.

Château Haut Brion 2013 is destined to mature for many years in bottle before revealing all its secrets. It can already be tasted in good condition by planning to let it decant a few hours, but the most demanding wine lovers will prefer to let it age in the cellar for a few years.
