Château Charmail has been making a flawless effort for almost two decades now.
And it's not the 2010 vintage that will make this rule lie!

Composed of a blend of 48% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 20% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, cultivated in the clayey soils of the Graves (Haut-Médoc), Château Charmail 2010 benefited from a manual harvest and traditional vinification. The wine obtained in this way then spent 12 months in barrels.

Dressed in a beautiful purple, almost black colour with ruby tints, the Château Charmail 2010 exhibits a fresh and complex nose of wild red fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by beautiful spicy nuances.
On the palate, it distils a rich aromatic range, very fragrant, of great purity, sublimated by round and racy tannins. It is powerful, rich and full-bodied, enhanced by an attractive woody note.
Chateau Charmail 2010 also offers a nice length in the mouth and will easily last a decade, if not longer!

Château Charmail 2010 will be enjoyed on a dish based on lambs, a rib of beef, a duck breast or a game dish. It will also go perfectly with mature cheeses.
