Champagne Bonnet Launois Brut Premier Cru is built around a blend dominated by 50% Pinot Meunier, supplemented by 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.
The estate has always defended the idea that the diversity of the terroirs creates the richness of the wine, which is why the grape varieties used to make Champagne Bonnet Launois all come from different vineyards in the commune of Vertus spread over about forty small parcels.

In the glass, Champagne Bonnet Launois Brut Premier Cru shows a beautiful golden colour with a fine effervescence creating a coat of persistent foam.
On the nose, it has a magnificent aromatic bouquet with notes of white fruit and citrus fruit intertwined with hints of spring flowers.
